Following my own complex fertility journey, I wanted to give others a better way to navigate this experience.  A program where I would share the best solutions I learned along the way and provide the expert guidance I wish I had while building my family.

Empower – It’s common to feel like this process is out of your control, but having a baby is a personal and intimate chapter of your life, and you deserve a lead role.  For this process to work you need to put yourself in the driver’s seat with the ability to make decisions with clarity and confidence. I will show you how to ask for exactly what you need.  We will create a toolkit for you of mindset practices, exercises for decision making, and sample scripts for intimidating conversations.  You will discover your own mental strength and confidence to advocate for yourself and your future family.

Inspire – There is no substitute for connection while navigating an emotionally charged and isolating process like infertility.  You need a safe space to share your complex feelings and fears without judgment or shame.  You need to feel heard and validated without responses like “just relax” or “just stay positive”.  With my guidance and support you won’t just be hopeful, you will know this is going to work, because now you are moving forward with everything you need to make it work.

Hi, I’m Laura

A certified fertility coach, trained to assist and guide women through infertility and medical treatments with a specialty in IVF and Donor Conception.

In addition to my professional training (and likely more importantly), I’m a mother of two children conceived through infertility treatment, including my own donor conception journey. While trying to get pregnant, I was completely obsessed with researching fertility treatments, looking for stories to offer hope, and gathering as much information as I could to maintain a sense of control of my situation. 

After several failed IVF cycles, I felt completely defeated and terrified I would never be a mother.  Eventually, and with the help of my medical team and support network, I was able to find the right path that allowed us to build our family, but I still had to navigate a stressful, complicated process and experienced the heartbreak of pregnancy loss on the way to completing our family. 

Would I do it all over again.  No doubt.  Not only for my perfect family but also, because it offered me the opportunity to become an expert in fertility health and be able to help women like you realize your dreams of a family the way that I did.  I have walked your path and can guide you through with tools, knowledge and the support you need.
